When you qualify for a refund
We offer a full refund when both of the following apply:
- You submit your refund request within 3 calendar days of your purchase date.
- You have not opened or accessed any course content, including modules, quizzes, or materials.
In other words, if you bought a course but have not started it, you can get your money back within 3 days.
When we cannot offer a refund
However, we cannot process a refund in any of the following situations:
- You have already accessed course content or started any module.
- More than 3 calendar days have passed since your purchase.
- We have already issued your certificate of completion.
- Your 90-day access period has expired.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] and include the following:
- Your full name
- The email address you used when you purchased the course
- Your order number (you can find this in your confirmation email)
- A brief explanation of why you want a refund
After we receive your request, we will respond within 1 business day. If we approve your refund, you will see the credit on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens if you have a technical issue
If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the course, we will work to fix it as quickly as possible. However, if we cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days, then you qualify for a full refund even if you have already accessed some course content.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, contact us right away at [email protected]. We will refund the duplicate charge in full, no questions asked.
